Start 'em off young
Beth has now learned an important lesson: the names of all the Beatles.
We have some magnets on our fridge that we bought in Liverpool while on our honeymoon. They're little plastic figures of John, Paul, George and Ringo crossing Abbey Road. For several weeks now Beth has liked to point to each Beatle in random order and have Eric or I tell her the name of each one. I didn't realize how much she was absorbing until this morning, when we pointed to John, Paul and Ringo, but then she lost interest (or so I thought) and asked for some peaches. I turned around to get the peaches without pointing to the last Beatle, and Beth cried, "No no! George!"
She was even pointing to the right one. Her daddy will be so proud.

Kid after my own heart! :)
Want to have Sarah and Rebecca come by and teach her the words to "Yellow Submarine"?
